Sorghum porridge is produced by the process of sorghum extrusion, where the raw material undergoes a temperature of up to 150 ° and is subsequently crushed into a fine porridge. The porridge is gluten-free.
Use: The main use of sorghum porridge is, of course, to prepare porridge. It tastes best boiled in a vegetable drink, sprinkled with nuts, seeds and dried or fresh fruit. You can also add a spoonful of hazelnut butter. Mix thin porridge, fruit and nuts to make a delicious cocktail. Porridge is also suitable for thickening soups and sauces.
Method of preparation: Mix the porridge in warm herbal drinks, milk or water in a ratio of approx. 3 spoons of porridge per 100 ml of liquid. Stir and boil briefly or let stand.
Buckwheat porridge just needs to be covered with water, mixed with your favorite pieces of nuts and fruits, and voila, an excellent healthy breakfast is ready.
