Buckwheat porridge is produced by the process of extrusion, which is a method of technological treatment in which the ground grain, legume or root crop is pushed through an extrusion roller, which heats it up, evaporates water from it and expands the product. Porridge is naturally gluten-free, very easy to digest, saturates well and is rich in complex carbohydrates. Buckwheat is a great source of rutin.
Use: Buckwheat porridge, as well as other single-ingredient Grizly porridges, is characterized by quick, easy and diverse preparation. You can prepare it both sweet and salty, as a thickener for soups, for preparing dough, or even as a wrapper for meat. It tastes best boiled in a vegetable drink or milk, sprinkled with nuts, seeds and dried or fresh fruit. You can also add a spoonful of nut butter, honey, syrup or other flavoring.
Method of preparation: Stir the porridge in a warm herbal drink, milk or water until it reaches the desired consistency. Stir and boil briefly or let stand.
