The porridge is gluten-free.
Use: The main use of sorghum porridge is, of course, to prepare porridge. It tastes best boiled in a vegetable drink, sprinkled with nuts, seeds and dried or fresh fruit. You can also add a spoonful of hazelnut butter. Mix thin porridge, fruit and nuts to make a delicious cocktail. Porridge is also suitable for thickening soups and sauces.
Method of preparation: Mix the porridge in warm herbal drinks, milk or water in a ratio of approx. 3 spoons of porridge per 100 ml of liquid. Stir and boil briefly or let stand.
