Flax seeds are among the harder seeds that are difficult for the human body to digest. It is therefore necessary to chew the flax seeds thoroughly, otherwise we will not get the necessary nutrients from them. Before use, it is often better to grind or crush flax seeds in a mortar. After such treatment, the seeds are best consumed immediately, they turn yellow quickly.
