Availability: 3 In Stock

Lyophilization is the process of drying fruit by freezing. The fruit is first flash-frozen and then dried at a lower pressure, where the water from the fruit turns into steam and the fruit thus retains its natural structure, color, aroma and, above all, its nutritional value, including all the vitamins and minerals contained in fresh fruit.
