Freeze-dried mango
Freeze-dried mango is: 100% mango, which has preserved the color, shape and taste of fresh mango, without any addition of stabilizers or flavorings, only ripe fresh fruits are always selected for freeze-drying.
Mangoes are slightly harder to the bite and it always depends on the specific variety, length of drying time and current harvest. We recommend soaking the mangoes or cutting them into pulp or flakes.
Today it grows throughout the tropical belt and has a large range of varieties, and a corresponding range of colors from light yellow to red to green varieties. The flesh is always yellow, has a large flat stone and can taste like a peach. From a nutritional point of view, mango is interesting for its high content of potassium, vitamins E and C and beta-carotene (antioxidants), and some B vitamins
Dried mangoes make a great sweet snack and are pleasant to chew. It can also be used in the preparation of various vita delicacies and muesli mixes.
