Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, full of antioxidants and protein, high in vitamins and minerals, and the richest known plant-based source of essential fatty acids.
We produce a mixture of six types of seeds ourselves continuously in small batches so that the raw materials come to you in the freshest possible form. We care a lot about quality and we only add seeds to the mixes, which we also pack separately as an exclusive product. You can perfectly fine-tune soup, porridge, muesli or smoothie with the seed mix, we recommend adding it to the mixture for baking healthy bread.
Chia
The seeds come from Central and South America and were an important ingredient in the Aztecs in the past. They are a natural source of omega 3 and 6 unsaturated fatty acids, a complete source of protein and a rich source of fiber, which contributes to the healthy functioning of metabolism and carries a lot of antioxidants.
Brown flax
